Nathalie C. Fouch, 87, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 12, 2017. She was born in Antigo, Wisconsin to Henry and Lillian (Schenk) Gilbertson, and graduated from the St. Mary's School of Nursing in Wausau, Wisconsin. Nathalie worked as nurse for Sparrow Hospital, and after retiring, continued to volunteer her time, caring for others. She was active with Girl Scouts of America, serving as a Service Unit Director and using the family barn as regional distribution hub for Girl Scout cookies. She enjoyed crafting and knitting countless hats for the preemie babies at Sparrow, as...

Nathalie C. Fouch, 87, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 12, 2017. She was born in Antigo, Wisconsin to Henry and Lillian (Schenk) Gilbertson, and graduated from the St. Mary's School of Nursing in Wausau, Wisconsin. Nathalie worked as nurse for Sparrow Hospital, and after retiring, continued to volunteer her time, caring for others. She was active with Girl Scouts of America, serving as a Service Unit Director and using the family barn as regional distribution hub for Girl Scout cookies. She enjoyed crafting and knitting countless hats for the preemie babies at Sparrow, as well as cross-stitching and quilting. She was an active member of her church, whether it was as a founding member of Capital City Baptist Church, the church organist, or at Bath Baptist Church in her later years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, William Fouch, her parents, and her brother, Merlin Gilbertson.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, James (Lisa), Rex (Cindi), and Eric (Lori) Fouch; her daughter, Renee Fouch; and her 11 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00am on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Bath Baptist Church, 13527 Webster St., Bath, with Rev. Richard Cole officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bath.
